Any issue regarding your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement, as food products require immediate verification for quality and safety reasons.

3. Proof Required for Claim Verification

To process any refund or replacement request, the following details are mandatory:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the received product and outer packaging
  • A full unboxing video clearly showing the issue

This helps us verify whether the issue occurred during packing, dispatch, or transit.

4. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

As we deal with food and spice products, refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste, aroma, or individual preference
  • Products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with
  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling by the customer
  • Claims submitted without proper proof such as photos or unboxing video

5. Review and Approval

Once your request is received along with all required proof, our support team will carefully review the case.

Approval or rejection of refund and replacement requests will be based on verification, and the final decision will be made at the sole discretion of GP Enterprises.

6. Product Return (If Required)

In certain situations, we may request the product to be returned for further inspection.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item reaches us and passes quality verification. Return instructions will be shared separately if applicable.

7. Refund Process and Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund initiation is usually completed within 3–5 business days
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take an additional 15-20 working days for the amount to reflect in your account

Please note that while we process refunds promptly from our side, the final credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We kindly request your patience in case of any banking or gateway delays, as these are beyond our direct control.

8. Final Decision

All refund, replacement, and return decisions made by GP Enterprises after review shall be considered final and binding.
